What are the signs a teenage girl is more immature than other girls their age?

I have a 21yr old niece and she is mildly retarded. When she was in grade school the teachers just thought that she was a slow learner and that eventually that little light will go on and she'd be one her way and because the don't fail kids anymore ( in Canada anyway ) because of peer pressure when they get into high school they just push them through and it don't matter if they can read or write so my sister really noticed her immaturity when she a preteen. Her body developed the way other girls her age if not more but her behavior was still very child like, still playing with dolls at the age of 13/14 where as her peers were into boys , going to school dances really into trying to be cool and she just didn't want anything to do with none of URL1 maybe look for this type of behavior.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
