3 Anniversary mead. :) Homebrewing spouse made a batch with rose petals, using water from the campground where we took the honeymoon. Since it takes about a year to be palatable, we figured it would be "first anniversary mead." .

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
