Oh I have a lot of favorite non cartoon movies made by Walt Disney. I have several on old VHS and I am sad that my VCR bit the dust and I can't enjoy them. 1. Mary Poppins (it does have a brief moment of cartoon mixed in) I love this movie.
Defiantly one of Disney's best ever. 2. Swiss Family Robinson - A movie my son and I can enjoy together!
That is rare for us. I love this movie as well!3. Pollyanna - This is probably not on many's 'favorite list' but it sure is on mine!
4. Old Yeller - Oh this is such a sad movie. It's hard to watch it, but it's so good. 5.
The Parent Trap - I like the old one best, but the newer one is good as well.6. Freaky Friday - Again, I like the older one better.7, Pete's Dragon - I know it has just a bit of cartoon, but this is such a classic! 8.
The Pirates of the Caribbean - My son and I loved all 3.9.The Three Lives of Thomasina - I was an adult when I finally got to see this one. Great family classic. I pretty much loved anything Hayley Mills was in.
I still have a few to watch.
My favourite was "The computer wore tennis shoes" starring an incredibly young Kurt Russell. Who fought against the type casting it forced on him. Look at all those stars :-) youtube.com/watch?v=U7y7qWFArjw.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
