The complexity of HIS creation is proof enough for me. Consider that the Earth is placed just the right amount of distance from the sun to sustain us; the Earth is tilted just right to sustain us; the gravitational pull on Earth is just right to sustain us; the environment is balanced just right to sustain us etc. the absolute complexity of the human body and mind; etc. You may find God speaking to Job (ch 38) intriguing to read. From my own experiences, I have no problem believing in a Spirit World and the possibility that perhaps the spirit world exist in a completely different dimension that is NOT bound by our laws of physics etc. You asked ... I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
