There is no such thing as a "totally" non-shedding dog. All dogs shed at least a little hair at one time or another, as do humans. There are however dogs that shed little to no hair.
This is a list of breeds that shed little to no hair. " -- dogbreedinfo.com/lightshedders.htm Check the above link for the list mentioned. There is also another list I discovered; it is a list of dog breeds that are good for those who are allergic (aka breeds that don't shed much).
It's a shorter list than the above one, and may in fact be the 'cream of the crop' of that list. That list is here: dogtime.com/best-dog-breeds-allergy-suff....
There are several breeds that have more human-like hair that don't shed and are also hypo-allergenic for most people. I personally love malteses, but I know shi tzus are also good.
Italian greyhounds. No shedding and they keep themselves relatively clean.
Standard poodles and the labradoodle (lab-poodle cross).
You didn't specify size. If you want a low-shedding large dog, standard poodles and Italian Water Spaniels are good, and also very muscular and smart. Smaller dogs would be Bichons Frises/Havanese/Maltese/Bolognese/Coton de Tulear(there are five dogs in the Bichon family, and none shed much); miniature and toy poodles; Wheaten Terriers.
The last three were bred using Bichon family genes, so they tend to be low shedders. In addition, breeds in the Bichon family tend to be smart, companionable, and have cheerful dispositions.
Dobermans. I have one - they're great dogs and they shed very little.
My Staffordshire Bull Terrier sheds very little.
There are many dogs that do not shed. When selecting a dog I would suggest that you look at more than just not shedding. For example, are you interested in not shedding because you are worried about allergies or is it that you do not want to clean dog hair?
There are many dogs that do not shed, such as Yorkies (like my Madison! ), malteese, and many more. (Check out the list at gopetsamerica.com/dogs/dogs-that-do-not-...).
If you are interested in no or low hair to clean, I would go with one of these breeds or even look at breeds that shed little (rather than not at all-check outdogbreedinfo.com/lightshedders.htm). However, if you are looking into a low allergies dog check out besthypoallergenicdogsinfo.com/ which has many pages based on other criteria above and beyond being hypoallergenic.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
