Removal is tricky because these tiny branches are attached to a larger, forceful artery. Because of the high blood flow, they can be very resistant. For me, the gold standard of treatment for spider veins on the face is the Vbeam pulsed dye laser.
It heats up the blood inside the vessel, and when that heat dissipates it fries the vessel wall. Then scavenger cells called macrophages come in and gobble up the dead vein like garbage. (Since there are plenty of working veins a little bit deeper in the skin, it's completely safe to destroy the superficial ones.) The procedure takes about twenty minutes, and three to five laser treatments are usually necessary to weaken the vessels enough without exploding them and causing a bruise.
Because these veins are connected to a large artery, it's hard to get them to disappear forever. Think of laser treatments as upkeep that you may need to repeat every couple years.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
