Sure, but there will be a significant risk of pregnancy for up to a month after the interruption.

You will completely mess up your cycle, will probably have a lot of spotting and breakthrough bleeding.... You would need to stop them and then restart them with a fresh pack the Sunday after you would normally get your period.
