Understand that there are days and times when challenges are overwhelming to all parties concerned. However, if your emergency room (ER) visit isn’t going smoothly, here’s what you do. Get your notes together and explain your concern to your nurse.
If your nurse can’t resolve the issue, or is the issue, start going up the chain of command. Every hospital has a chain of command and a grievance process for handling complaints. Typically, the levels go something like this while you’re in the ER: nurse charge nurse nursing supervisor patient advocate or patient relations ER administratorDon’t lose your focus!
There are other ill and injured people in the ER who need attention, too. Present yourself and your complaint in a manner that will promote cooperation. Once you leave the ER, you can also file a formal complaint with the hospital or with the state public health department.
Both have formal grievance processes regarding service and treatment in a medical facility. In addition, if your hospital is accredited by the Joint Commission, you can voice your complaints to this organization by e-mail, mail or phone.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
