What can you do if someone took out a restraining order against you? Can you appeal it?

It depends on the type of restraining order. Many are TROs (temporary restraining orders) that expire either within a few years, or once there is a hearing and judge gets to hear both sides and then rule on whether the RO has to be repealed, extended, or made permanent. So if someone took out an order on you, make a hearing with a judge to explain your side of it--that is your best option.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
