What careers can't be outsourced?

Jobs that won’t be outsourced are simply jobs that require a physical human presence or must be completed within the legal boundaries of a country. For example, medical jobs can’t be outsourced because a medical staffer must work directly with a patient on a one to one basis. A nurse in India cannot directly help a patient in a New York City, New York hospital bed.

Only a nurse in New York City, New York can help the patient. Although the industry is down, construction workers are never outsourced. In like manner, teachers are not outsourced despite deep cutbacks in this profession.

If available, human resource positions are also relatively safe from being outsourced. University workers are also fairly safe from losing their jobs. While these jobs may not be outsourced, just as environmental service positions, the number of positions available are shrinking given the bad economy.

Other jobs that cannot be outsourced and require a presence are usually jobs in an artistic field. A prime example of this is owning or managing a restaurant. Any job in the service industry requires a physical presence for the customers.

For this reason, those jobs will not be leaving the shores any time soon. In addition, jobs such as writing (for film, television, newspapers and the like), acting, being a musician or a professional athlete are not outsourced careers, though some of them are particularly hard to get into. Jobs in publishing do not seem to get outsourced from what I have seen either.

Fitness coaches do not get outsourced, nor do local neighborhood jobs like gardening or mechanics. These jobs can certainly provide an assurance that you will not be replaced by someone in another country, but that does not make these jobs any safer. Some of them are incredibly difficult to get into, and the ones that aren't can still be problematic unless you go into business for yourself.

Corporations will always be looking to replace their staff for less money, and it is something to remain aware of, especially as long as the economy is doing poorly.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
