What causes my second big toe to bend inward?

Most often, this is a condition known as "hammer toe". It is usually not painful and is surprisingly common. The reason it bends inward is the shortening of the ligament that bends the toe.

There are surgical treatments for the condition, so check with your physician if it bothers you. Another fairly common way to treat it is to wear an adhesive bandage across the bend. It will, over time, allow the ligament to stretch.

If the condition does not bother you, this is a safe treatment. Be sure to change the bandage daily for cleanliness.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
