What class of water can I use my Outcast Sporting Gear or Fish Cat pontoon boat in?

To inflate: Remove the valve cap from the valve. Depress the valve stem and turn it ¼ turn to the right. This positions the valve stem in the up or closed position.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
