I have a darker skin color to so I can relate with this. :) Most make-up artists will agree that darker shades of lipstick suits people with less fair skin tone. Intensity of a deeper shade compliments a warmer skin tone.
Here are the color types you should pick if you have darker skin tone. :) - Deep red –red is a classic color which may be worn both day and night - Brown –this was said to be the safest choice for people with warmer skin tone. Choose a lip color which is brown tinted or based on brown - Copper –for day make-up, this is probably the best choice.
Since your lip color will look almost the same as a copper-tinted lip color, you will get a nude lips effect (which I personally love) that will compliment both your skin color and your whole look. Copper shade is not advisable for evening affairs/parties though - Plum (or dark purple shade) –lucky us who have darker skin tone because only people with less fair skin tone can rock plum tinted lipstick. This shade compliments the skin tone and can be worn during night as well Last tip, make sure that you choose a shade that is at least one color lighter than your lips if you still want to go for peach, or pinkish shades.
For darker lip color choices, try avoiding two shades darker than your natural lip color. And (additional make-up tip), if you have a strong eye make-up, try balancing your look with a lighter shade of lipstick and if you’re wearing a strong lip color, try minimizing eye make-up. ;).
What color of lipstick looks the best on dark skin.
There are plenty of options: If you want to max out the bling, then choose some lipstick that will be shiny. Or, since you are attending a wedding, you might want to consider buying a shade that is close to your lip color, since there may be numerous toasts. Here is a quick idea to consider: Dior Addict gh Shine Lipstick: sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?… I would recommend Backstage Pink 554, since it will bring out the pink in the second sari, and provide a pop of color to the blue sari.
But I have no idea how light your actual skin color is, so I cannot make an accurate choice.
I love cosmetics and lipsticks are a weakness of mine. I've always kept a close eye on colors, new looks, etc. Good news for you! People with light skin can actually wear most colors.
There is only one caveat and that is your skin's undertones. Typical undertones are pink, yellow, etc.Don't worry about that extra refining detail for now. So, what I would recommend is that everyone has at least two colors.
A daytime lipstick and a nighttime lipstick. I would suggest a pink and a red lipstick. Those are the basics.
You can use the pink during the day and the red at night. A gorgeous shimmering pink is Lancome's Coquette and can be found here: www1.macys.com/catalog/product/index.ogn... A red that you should start with is Mac's Underworld. It is a lovely, dark red color and is great for using in the evening.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
