What company would hire me with a felony? I have been out of prison 4 years, need a job to support my family?

I have been out of prison 4 years, need a job to support my family I find No one wants to even talk with me once they see the application. My significant other lost his job and it is important to find something to do anything. I want a better life for me and my kids.

It won't be the government, but maybe a small, mid-sized company My husband had a couple of felons in his employee when he had a 75 person company. I don't know what your skills are, but depending on your specialty, someone out there will be like my husband and give you a chance. Some companies (depending on what they do) can't have a felon on the payroll because of government contracts, security issues with contractors etc.I know its hard, and we have a family friend in the same position.

Don't give up, just keep trying. Present yourself honestly and sell your skills and what a hard worker you are..

4 There's actually quite a few books on the subject on amazon.com. I wish you the best of luck, I have friends that struggle with the same problem. Previous contacts before they went to prison helped (networking, referrals, etc...) .

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
