What could be the cause of severe hangovers after little alcohol?

Hangovers are caused by a dehydration. See check this out wiki.answers.com/Q/Why_do_you_get_a_head... If you get them significantly more than other and much easier I would wonder if you are so dehydrated you turned into the sand guy from spider man.

I have the exact same problem. I was a heavy drink for 10 years, and hangovers kept getting worse and worse, and on fewer and fewer drinks. I know that the body takes longer to heal as we grow older, but these hangovers would last for days.

What's crazy is, I've recently lost about 30 pounds and got into shape, and they've gotten worse! And it's not water, I've always been thirsty, and I drink between 200-250 oz of water every day. I also just quit smoking, but that hasn't helped either.

I know what you're thinking, "Just quit drinking! ", but it's not like I'm going to keggers or drinkning bottles and bottles, I'm talking two beers and I'm wrecked the next day. Anyway, if you ever hear of anything, or if anyone knows, let me know!

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
