What could be wrong with my moped from these symptoms?

Wheel moving on stand - Idle is too high Pop noise like a crisp packet - Stop running over bags of crisps Slowness and dodgy idle - Get a garage to check the flywheel Different nosies from bike - Take rubber dick out of the exhaust.

Carburetor is stopped up. Have it removed and cleaned.

Problems vary some depending on models-- but symptoms of loss of power in rain could be electrical wet ground around spark plug or coil or a fouled carb or wet air cleaner from moisture in intake. New spark plug seems to help some- could be multiples. Check air filter and carb float bowl for water in fuel, check spark plug wires and switch's.

Handle bar stop switch's sometimes ground when wet or burn out, third point to check with test light and water bottle.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
