What defense did the defendants use during the Nuremberg Trials?

Some of the common defenses for the one hundred plus people who were tried were: He or she was only following orders I did not know about the concentration camps or whatever they were charged with It was war. You have to expect this (their charge) to happen in war I had to do it or be killed by never heard of it, I did not do it or this tribunal is not lawful They argued that the accused were simply 'obeying orders.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
