What do I do if I do not have enough ThankYou Points for a Travel Reward?

If you do not have enough points to redeem for a Travel Reward, you can either purchase points or use our Redeem plus Purchase option. With our Redeem plus Purchase Option, you may use your eligible ThankYou Points and offset the remainder of the total trip cost by paying in dollars, charged to any eligible credit or debit card. To purchase points, you may purchase points in increments of 1,000 Points for $25 charged to any eligible credit or debit card, regardless of whether it is a Citi card or not.

However, Citi Corporate Travel & Entertainment Cards cannot be used to purchase Points. Purchased points are non-refundable. You may purchase up to 30,000 points on thankyou.com or up to 100,000 points through the ThankYou Service Center at 1-800-THANKYOU (1-800-842-6596), subject to a purchase cap of 100,000 points per calendar year.

You may only purchase points if you have points in your ThankYou Member Account that were earned through one of our Sponsors and have not expired. Points ... more.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
