I think if you send a package to a wrong address and it already entered the shipping process... normally even you call customer service they cant cancel it or stop the shipment .. if the item is coming from a seller inform them that you sent it to a wrong address and just cancel it, if the item is fullfilled by amazon my advise here is just track the shipment inform the person in the address so they can refuse the package, sometimes if the address is invalid it will be tag as undeliverable and still it will be return to amazon and you can have a refund for it...
