I don't think so. Sure, the driver's attitude was appalling and he shouldn't be addressing people like this but, don't forget, he just got caught out by a busload of people for going the wrong way (and likely felt like an idiot for it), then tried to 3 point turn a bus, which I imagine took a long time. Drivers drive to a timetable; if this guy wasted 10 minutes turning around then he made the bus late and possibly pissed off alot of waiting people in doing that which would anger his employers when they complain.
The driver had no right to say what he did, but you can't blame him for overreacting as he must've already been anxious as heck/annoyed at his own incompetence. I think the old lady deserved it, really.
Obnoxious old people who complain and jump on every mistake like the sun shines out their rear passage. No time for them. The driver made a mistake, so what?
He's human. I probably wouldn't have been half as restrained as that chap.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
