What do people make out of a whales blubber?

Although most nations have banned whaling, there are several historical uses for whale blubber. Before the light bulb, whale blubber was burned in lamps for light. The Eskimo people of the Arctic eat whale blubber as a food source, but they only kill a few whales per year for their own food and aren't allowed to sell them for profit.
