The sucking thumb and pacifier type gestures are to indicate how easy it was to score over the other side...the crowd goes wild when the goal is scored but the scorer gestures to the crowd " hey, it was baby easy! It's also used if the other team starts getting huffy in the background ( I've seen it happen to a player's back hehehe when he kicked the ground over missing a tackle ) The shhh gesture is used the same way..."shhh don't make a fuss it was easy to score over those guys, you'll just make them feel bad" sort of very sarcastic :) They do get into trouble for using rude gestures (1) so they've come up with some alternatives.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
