This video is right on. Carroll hits a nerve with many air travellers either losing luggage or having it damaged in some way. It has a nice underdog component to it.
Carroll also by the way has talent. I don't think that United will change anything or pay for his guitar. If they did they would set a precedent to pay for everyone elses broken/missing items.

I agree - I know this is an older question, but I'm sorta new here, and checking out stuff I like, and I liked the United Breaks Guitars video a lot. Definitely something most air travelers can relate to!
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
