What do you think the song is about; there are a few interpretations: Morning Girl by Neon Philharmonic?

For people not familiar with the song - and in 40 years, this is the first I've heard about any hidden meanings in the song - it would have helped if you had posted the lyrics. And have you heard about the hidden messages in the songs "Along Comes Mary," and "Windy" both by the Association?

Dex replied to post #1: 2 No "hidden meanings", per se, like "Along Comes Mary"...looking for literal meaning and have already gotten two answers! A young girl's first sexual encounter, or, an immature girl who just needs to grow up and learn about what love really is. That simple.

I received the answers I was looking for - my thought about the song's meaning is the same as those two answers. Thanks to the two who responded! .

April 12, 2004By Shawn Sutherland "the_lone_reviewer" (Dallas, TX United States) - See all my reviews(REAL NAME) This is great stuff - with "Morning Girl" being the hit single that anyone who listens to "oldies" on the radio will know. However, unless you are a true fan of the band (i.e. , interested in hearing every possible available item), you'd do just as well (and come out about $40.00 ahead!) to go with the band's "The Moth Confesses" - also available via Amazon.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
