The weeping from the blisters caused by exposure to Poison Oak was thought to be "contagious", but that's a myth. So if that's your concern, most any cleaning product will do -- you're cleaning up serus fluid which is easily dissolved with a soap and water solution. The urushiol -- the oil that acts as an antigen with Poison Oak -- absorbs into the skin within 15 minutes or so of initial exposure, so if you aren't in that time window, there's nothing toxic to clean If the person is wearing clothing that was exposed to urushiol and you're worried that it's been transferred to your furniture, again -- a soap and water solution should work to clean it excellently In either case there's no need to go to any exotic cleaning method.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
