What does a commonwealth state do different than any other state?

In the United States of America, there is no functional difference between a member of the union that calls itself a commonwealth and one that calls itself a state. There are historical reasons for Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Kentucky to call themselves commonwealths but doing so has no effect on how they function or what they can do.It is a bit like deciding to call a road Elm Street or Elm Drive. Either way it is the same thing, a paved path for the movement of people and vehicles.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
