No Your laptop undoubtedly has a hard wire ethernet connection, which you aren't using. If you want you can right click on My Network Places, choose properties. Right click on Local Area Connection ( should have a red X on it ) choose properties again.

Unclick the Notify me when this connection has limited or no connectivity tag...Hope this helps.

That means you do not have a cable connecting your computer to the internet/network - you're using wireless... It is nothing to worry about. You are using wireless to connect to the internet. If you went somewhere that didn't have wireless, you could use a typical cat.5 ethernet cable to connect. As soon as you connected it, the icon would tell you that it was connected.

Wired network connection vs. Wireless network connection You have (at least) two network connections on your computer, wired and wireless. If you look in the system tray, you may see an icon that looks like a TV or monitor with a bright screen and little waves emanating from it (as though it is broadcasting). That is your wireless connection.

You probably also see a similar TV/monitor icon with a black screen and a red "x" by it/through it. That is your network adapter that you would use a cable to plug into the wall (and which you are not using). It is that adapter that is giving you the message "a network cable is unplugged."

If you're not experiencing any problems, don't worry about it.

No worries. It means only what it says, that you don't have a network cable plugged into your laptop. It doesn't mean anything else.

You are connecting fine over wifi, so you are good.

You require three connections -- if anyone is disconnected, you will get that message... Sources: computer.howstuffworks.com/router.htm .

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
