The "free" online programs in the US are all still public schools so they are paid by tax money just like regular public schools. They are not available in all states or areas in the US. In states and areas where they do not offer online public schools, students must use and pay for private online programs.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
