Typhoid Fever is caused by a bacteria called Salmonella typhi. It has an incubation period of 10 to 20 days, and has two phases. During phase one, the person will experience chills, fever, loss of appetite, and maybe even diarrhea.In phase two, the fever gets higher and a rash of pink spots will be found on the abdomen and chest.
