What ever happened to the Reggie Bush and USC controversy?

The controversy involving Reggie Bush and USC concluded in September 2010 with Bush returning his 2005 Heisman Trophy to the Heisman Trophy Trust. In June 2010, the NCAA imposed a two-year post season ban and a reduction of scholarships on the USC football program for jailing to properly monitor its players closely. According to ESPN.Com, the NCAA penalties are the result of a 5 year investigation into proposed rules violations by Bush in 2005 and 2004.

An NCAA report released in June stated that Bush and his parents were guilty of receiving improper benefits and gifts. The USC Athletic Department and athletic director Pat Haden will meet with the NCAA on January 22 at a hearing to appeal the sanctions. -quote In order to have the NCAA ruling overturned, USC must prove that there was not enough evidence available to make a ruling, that it did not violate NCAA rules, and that the sanctions are excessive and should be reduced, stated a report by ESPN.com.

A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
