Your Medicaid case manager does not have anything to do with child support, that is another department. They owe back support for the whole time you were receiving TANF for their children. Whether you know it or not, they may have other children, and some of that support they are paying may be going to those mothers.
I'm not sure how you know both are paying, I assume you say a paystub with the deduction taken out. If you are taking their word for it, you may have bad information. I have seen that more than once.
"But he told me he was paying." Sorry, no record of that happening. Generally a certain portion of what they pay is arrears (pay back TANF), and another portion is for current, and would go to you.
My guess is they owe a whole lot in arearrages, or there are other children you do not know about. You have to talk to child support about it.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
