What format is OCS hydrographic and bathymetric data at NGDC in?

Data is available in several and varying formats depending on age and processing stage. Most surveys have images available in either tiff or MrSid format, which can be viewed with a free downloadable browser plug-in. Many surveys also have data available in ASCII text formats that can be brought into GIS applications.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
