What hairstyles are "IN" for men and women?

It seems to me that with hairsytles, much like fashion, anything goes. You see guys with crew cuts, mullets, spiked hair, long hair in the back with long bangs in the front, completely messy hair that looks like one has just gotten out of bed and so on. As for what women like in men's hair, that I cannot answer being a man.

I can answer what I like in a woman's hair though. I always liked long hair on younger women but it just doesn't look good on older women. At least if a woman looks her age.

If she looks young, then she can get away with the long hair. For some reason I always liked the big hair of the late 1980's. Long and straight or long and curly, both work for me.

Then again, some women look great no matter what the hairstyle is, so that also depends on the person.

Why she loves it: This simple but sexy men's hairstyle is probably one of women’s all-time favorites. It has a very traditionally masculine look, and, at the same time, this style results in baby-soft hair that women love to run their hands over. How to get it: You’ll need clippers for this style so ask your barber to shear off your hair into a uniform length over your entire head.

Once a month, repeat the process to maintain the length.
