What happened to the great Bangladesh team who allegedly performed better than the SL in SL?

No. It means that the pitch is a batsman's paradise. After being on the field in hot sun for nearly 5 sessions, the fielding team always look haggered and by declaring after a very good total (570 is a very goo total, I believe), Matthew expected to have advantage by taking a couple of wickets.

The Bangladeshi batsmen, barring Mahamudullah, applied themselves. It is certainly a good show. We must waith and watch for their consistency.

No the declaration was timed OK , I mean what would have SL done by scoring a 100 more runs . They wouldn't gain nothing by enforcing the follow on in any case if your bowling attack is so not threatening as you say . Ineffective bowlers and tired on top of that , wouldnt have been able to take 20 wickets in one go~ so you are contradicting yourself there.

Edit: if 570 runs cant put "pressure" on a team then nothing can i'm afraid.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
