What happens if someone farts in outer space?

I don't think it would dissipate like it does in our atmosphere, since space is a vacuum; it would more likely stay together in a little pocket of funk until the radiation from space killed the bacteria that makes it stink. As for sound, that depends entirely on the position of the butt cheeks.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
