Vitamin C has has been popular for years (try the tablets or Orange Juice, but remember too much of a good thing can cause tummy problems) Foods high in antioxidants can be helpful too... (blueberries, cranberries, strawberries, tomatoes, carrots, broccoli, cabbage, brussel sprouts, cauliflower,soy, and whole grains ) I also found these nasal filters too that might help.
Take a few Altoids if you can't breathe through your nose. The strong mint will temporarily help open the breathing passages.
