What high school classes should you take to get into Princeton university?

Princeton is one of the toughest schools to get into, and there really is no "winner" resume that guarantees admission. However, there is a general student that they are looking for: They want a very highly academically inclined student. This means that Princeton looks for AP students who have pushed themselves to succeed in some of the hardest courses.

This means taking classes such as: AP Calculus and AP Calculus BC AP US story and AP Government AP Biology and/or AP Chemistry and more Although taking a heavy courseload is important, it is even more important that you show that you can handle the work. You must do well in your classes, and how well you do reflects in your GPA. Princeton looks for the best in the brightest, often students that are Valedictorians or top 10% of their class.

Not only is GPA important, but good SAT's and SAT II scores are essential. Getting a SAT score of at least 2000 is helpful, and doing well in SAT II's shows that you have strengths in specific areas It is important that you don't so compact your schedule that you cannot do other matters. Princeton wants a well-rounded student that has extra-curricular activities outside the realm of academics.

This means doing clubs such as National Honors Society or Key Club, Debate Club or Math Club. Being proficient in the arts such as being in Art classes or Band classes also help. The more well rounded and more interesting you are, the better you look as a potential student.

This means volunteering outside of school, such as in summer camps or any other community service organizations In conclusion, having an AP courseload, a good GPA and SAT's, varied extracurriculars, athletics, and volunteer work will give you a fighting chance to go to institutions such as Princeton.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
