You resume is one-dimensional. It talks about your professional skills and achievements but it doesn't talk about your personality, sense of humor, morals, positive outlook, hobbies, interests or hard-working nature. Talk about all of that!
Remember, job skills can be taught. But you can't teach someone to have a personality!
Not that many people set their Facebook privacy settings so that only friends can see it, so if an HR person or interviewer looks you up, they might be able to see more than you realize they could. Also, employers are asking at the interview either for your password or to log in during the interview. Other companies have asked applicants and current employees to friend the company.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
