What if an interviewer asks 'What can you bring to the party that is not on your resume'?

You resume is one-dimensional. It talks about your professional skills and achievements but it doesn't talk about your personality, sense of humor, morals, positive outlook, hobbies, interests or hard-working nature. Talk about all of that!

Remember, job skills can be taught. But you can't teach someone to have a personality!
