You don't mention where you are at. Landlord/tenant laws vary from state to state and country to country you should have notified your landlord when each of these things happened. In general they are things the landlord could/should have fixed.
My rental agreement tells the tenant to notify the landlord for repairs, most of that sounds like it falls under expected landlord maintenance. If you call the landlord should make the necessary repairs when your lease ends and you move out your landlord will repair and clean the apartment to get it ready for a new tenant. If you paid a security deposit the landlord may use some of that money for repairs they believe you have caused - such as the carpet stains I own rental property in southern california.
The law there allows me to use the security deposit for three things - unpaid rent, cleaning, and repairs.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
