Try Photoshop Elements I use Photoshop CS3 now, but I started out using Photoshop Elements. PSE has many of the same features as it's much more expensive sibling making it a really good bargain. It will do what you are looking to do in your question.

Nothing beats Photoshop (or one of the Elements) It's hard to find a program that has as many features and support as Photoshop. If you can't afford the $700 package for the full program (or if you don't need all of the features), you can always buy the most recent "Elements" version (the number of which is different for either Mac or PC). Another option, if you don't need to use it for long, is to download the 30-day trial Photoshop CS3, which is exactly the same as the retail version, except that you can't use it for longer than 30 days.

Some may suggest GIMP (or some other "free" software), but I find them lacking in features and support. Sources: Experience as a photographer.

Photoshop for extreme editing, free programs for basics Personally, I love Adobe Photoshop for any and all photo editing issues. It has tons of options....but that also means that it's fairly expensive and it's far too complex for a lot of people who just want to do simple touch-ups. Much of the software that comes with standard digital cameras these days will offer the basics.

Kodak, for example, offers several simple features like correcting lighting, cropping, and red-eye fixes. Many online upload services offer those kinds of basics, too (like Photobucket or even CVS, etc). As for the cut and pasting, that can be done with your simple Paint program even, so nothing you'd need to invest in there if you already have a basic photo program..

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
