OAF, or Old Army FLiP, describes your “life after FLiP†experience. OAF is made up of every past member of FLiP. One of the greatest things about FLiP is that after your freshman year is over, your FLiP experience isn't!
OAF is a great system of networking. Beside the fact that you leave your freshman year in FLiP with new friends and exceptional leadership skills, you also leave with opportunity to be a Big Sib. A Big Sib is usually an OAF member who acts as a mentor to a freshman during their freshman year.
The committee Mentorship plans monthly events for Big Sibs and the freshmen to attend. Big Sib or not, as a member of OAF you continue to live as a FLiPster and all the greatness it entails. More.
