First you will see the black spots and then they will turn yellow and fall off this is a fungi it is common in roses it does not mean you are over watering roses love water and should get 1 inch of water every 7 to 10 days however when you water your roses do it in the morning so when the leaves get wet they will be able to dry before the sun goes down. It takes about 4 to 7 hours of being wet to get the spores off to a good start on the leaves. When you see a black spot on the leaves you need to take it off so it won't spread to other roses you can find many products in the store that help control black spots.

Then use a small sponge type paint brush to apply the brew to ... more.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
