Freight on board, also referred to as FOB, is a shipping term which determines the responsibility for the shipping charges and the shipment. In a FOB shipment the buyer has the responsibility to pay for the shipment from the point of origin to delivery. This also include insurance for the shipment.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
