What is Heart Murmur?

Normally, when our heart beats it produces certain sounds (like lub-, dub-, lub-, dub-) that are best appreciated by using stethescope. Any sounds other than these are usually not normal. So heart murmurs are the abnormal heart sounds that are in addition to these normal heart sounds.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
