Government spending cannot create anything but government jobs. The private sector is the only place where new jobs can come from. All that stimulus money is TAX money, meaning it comes out of the pockets of the taxpayers, and gets redistributed to others who are usually not paying taxes, and are not likely to generate new jobs.
All the government needs to do is set up an environment that is friendly to business, and the jobs will follow. But they will never do that, because business is currently in the process of being made into a villian. As long as that continues, there will be no improvement in the economy.
Just bigger government. Hmmm, maybe that's the true objective.
They should just pull money from from the first slush fund...err...stimulus to pay for this stuff. Better yet, rather that try and create brand new jobs how about they provide incentives for companies to bring EXISTING outsourced jobs back to America?
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
