What is probating a will as a muniment of title?

As long as there are no unpaid debts, then a will can be admitted to probate as a muniment of title. No personal representative of the estate needs to be appointed. Anyone given property will be treated as if the record of title was vested in his name.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
