What is regional neck and back muscle pain?

Muscle pain is usually localized and is therefore also known as regional pain. Regional pain can spread outward over a wider area, with a broad gripping and tightening sensation in the muscles. On occasion, if the muscle tightening is severe enough, small nerve fibers and blood vessels can be squeezed to the point where a tingling sensation can occur in the hands or feet.

This tingling is not pain, but feels more like the hand or foot is falling asleep. Regional pain may also come on suddenly and severely following trauma or injury. Regional muscular neck pain will typically run from the base of the neck down and outward, covering much of the upper shoulder blade region.

Regional muscular lower back pain is most often felt from the spine outward along the crest of the hip and into the upper half of the buttock. Unless you have severe and constant shooting, stabbing, and numbing pain in your arms or legs, your pain is most likely muscular in origin.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
