No 21st is too far up I would stay on ocean drive, I suggest: anglers on washington and 6st or pelican hotel on ocean 8st. I don't like the area by 21st. All the good clubs will be a taxi ride away.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
