What is Tampa Bay Buccaneers cornerback Aqib Talib on trial for?

Tampa Bay Buccaneers cornerback Aqib Talib's trial on a charge of misdemeanor battery was continued after a brief hearing today in Pinellas County. The next pretrial hearing in the case will be Dec. 14, said Wes Trombley, an attorney with the firm representing the football player. Talib entered a written plea of not guilty through his attorneys and was not at today's hearing.

Talib was charged in October with battery after hitting a cab driver on Aug. 19, the Pinellas-Pasco State Attorney's Office said. Driver David Duggan was taking Talib and two other Buccaneer players from a St. Petersburg nightclub to a Tampa hotel when Talib hit Duggan, prosecutors said. Sources: http://suncoastpinellas.tbo.

A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
