Its you who have to decide not our answers.... Just tell what you feel genuinely... About last question try being dynamic at answer by telling that you can develop your skills at company and so I can make myself fit into company well...
If you can't answer those questions then you need more experience and become ready for that job.
These are common interview questions--and some of the easiest to answer. What are your strengths? Think of the qualities about yourself that are positive and match the description of the job.
Then, say 2-3 of them as you give a short example of how this strength is used. What are your weakest points? Always use the negative in a positive way.
For example: "I usually like my jobs so I tend to be a work-a-holic. It can be both positive and negative, so I am working on balancing myself. " OR "I am a jokester and love to make people laugh, but at times I get a bit too silly and need to pull back and get more serious-minded."
What are your good and bad qualities? Usually a list of 3 things is good for both sides. Think of traits about yourself that others have noticed in you: honest, always on-time, loyal, hard-working, ...and then think of areas that you know you need to work on.
That last question...always remain positive & say something like, "I believe I am, as I understand the company and it's mission. I like working in this kind of environment as a team-player and believe I can offer ideas that will help us grow!
You should tell then what your genuine strengths are. When they ask you things about your weaknesses and bad qualities never say something that is a deal breaker and always include a solution and how your working to improve in that area for instance: My weakest point would have to be my shyness I am not as outgoing as I would like to be but I am joining clubs at my school and in my community and placing myself in situations where I am forced to interact with others to improve in this area.
You are the best judge about yourself, but be Honest in answering the questions and do not give false facts and be prepared to substantiate your claims. Best of luck.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
